Conference Cancellation Policy
Any meeting registration cancellations must be made in writing directly to the Nursing Organizations Alliance. If received on or before March 1, 2013, the Alliance will apply a $50 administrative fee and refund the remainder of registration fee after the meeting. After March 1, 2013, no refund will be given. Replacements are always welcome.
Nursing Contact Hours
The Alliance will seek approval for contact hours for NIWI 2013.
The program, except for the visits to Capitol Hill, will be held at the Hyatt Regency Washington on Capitol Hill, 400 New Jersey Avenue N.W., Washington, DC 20001. Reservations can be made by contacting the hotel directly at 888-421-1442. The room rate is $259 / night plus 14.5% tax. Be sure to mention the Nursing Organizations Alliance or NIWI to receive this discounted rate. The rate cannot be guaranteed after February 9th, 2013 or after the room block is full (whichever comes first).
By attending the Nurse in Washington Internship, you understand and agree your image may be captured and used by the Alliance for promotional purposes.
