AMR’S Delphine Hepp Earns Certified Meeting Professional Credential

LEXINGTON, Ky. (January 30, 2018) — AMR Conferences and Events Manager Delphine Hepp recently earned the Convention Industry Council’s Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) credential.

The CMP program was launched in 1985 and is designed to enhance the knowledge and performance of meeting professionals, promote the status and credibility of the meeting profession, and advance uniform standards of practice.

DeLaine Bender, CAE, has recently been promoted to Vice President with AMR Management Services and named to the organization’s Executive Team. Bender has served in the role of Executive Director on AMR’s client team for several years and brings a wealth of association management experience to the team.

AMR Celebrates 20 Years Serving Non-Profit Association Partners

Today AMR Management Services celebrates its 20th Anniversary. John and Shirley Ruffin established AMR Management Services in June of 1997 and, since that time, has grown into one of the country’s top Association Management Companies.
