Vice President, Association Management
Tracy has more than 12 years of experience in association and non-profit management, as well as experience in the benefits area of a for-profit corporation (Fazolis).
Tracy joined AMR in 2000 as a project coordinator. Since then she has served in a variety of roles with increasing responsibility. Currently, she serves as Executive Director for the National Association of Government Defined Contribution Administrators (NAGDCA), where she is responsible for all aspects of association management, including board and committee support, financial management, conference and meeting management, publications, website, communications and public relations, membership growth and services, industry membership services and coordination, government relations, grant development and coordination, sponsorship, and fund raising.
In addition, Tracy serves as Vice President of Association Management for AMR. She provides oversight and serves as a mentor to many of AMR's Account Executives. She helps ensure AMR meets and exceeds its clients' expectations. Tracy earned a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Kentucky and is a member of the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE).
