AMR Management Services (AMR), a full-service association management company, is pleased to announce the following key staff promotions and additions:
Due to internal restructuring, AMR Vice President of Human Resources Eric Kenoyer, SPHR, is changing roles to become the Vice President of Operations. In this new role, Eric will continue to manage AMR’s human resources needs and participate on the Executive team, and will also now provide direct oversight of the AMR Marketing, Technology, and Finance departments.
Nick Ruffin, AMR’s Director of Business Development, is being promoted to Vice President of Strategic Partnerships, where he will be responsible for external sales strategy and execution, leading client transitions, new client relations, and oversight of the Creative Services and Conference & Events departments.
AMR has promoted Sara Zach to the position of Project Coordinator where she will provide support to several AMR client partners, including the Association of Medical Illustrators.
Sara previously held the position of Project Associate at AMR, and her prior work experience includes working in the Relocation and Corporate Services department at a Michigan real estate firm. Sara has a B.S. in Marketing from Oakland University.
AMR Management Services welcomes Jennifer Magsig; Jennifer will be providing administrative support to AMR under the supervision of Eric Kenoyer, SPHR, Vice President of Operations. Jennifer graduated from the University of Kentucky with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration. Jennifer has worked extensively in Human Resources for Lexington-based companies CHA (now Humana) and Seed Restaurant Group (Fazoli’s). She also provided HR executive support while she was with Yorkshire Global Restaurants (now Yum! Brands). In addition to her background, Jennifer proves to embrace an AMR key philosophy of going the extra mile in caring for the needs of the internal and external client.
